As a Web3 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on various blockchain platforms. You should have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized protocols, and the Web3 ecosystem.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement decentralized applications (dApps) using Web3 technologies and frameworks.
Write, test, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Polkadot, or others.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design scalable and secure solutions.
Integrate Web3 technologies and protocols into existing applications and systems.
Conduct code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and optimize application performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain and Web3 technologies and recommend best practices for implementation.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for smart contract development.
Document technical specifications, project requirements, and system architecture.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Web3 Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of decentralized applications and smart contracts.
Solid understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized protocols (e.g., IPFS, Whisper), and the Web3 ecosystem.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Rust.
Experience with smart contract development tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Remix).
Familiarity with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or others.
Knowledge of cryptographic principles, secure coding practices, and wallet integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in English both written and conversation
Able to work on site or remote

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and applications.
Familiarity with blockchain scalability solutions (e.g., Layer 2, sharding).
Knowledge of front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) for dApp development.
Understanding of token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721) and their implementation.
Contribution to open-source projects related to Web3 and blockchain.
