  • Menangani online helpdesk dengan tools aplikasi internal
  • Melakukan tugas sebagai ticketing seperti refund, rebook, reroute
  • Merespon permintaan bantuan maupun masalah dari member sub agent
  • Melakukan dokumentasi permasalahan

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Memahami prosedur reservasi tiket dan hotel
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Familiar dengan aplikasi web dan email
  • Min. pendidikan SMU/SMK terutama bidang pariwisata
  • Kemauan untuk memecahkan masalah, teliti, dan tekun
  • Ten fingers Writing
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam SHIFT
  • Mahasiswa/pelajar baru lulus dipersilahkan untuk melamar
