• Fluent in English, strong customer care skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Willing to work shifting hour

Quality Assurance CS (English)

• Have minimum D3 Education and experience as QA/QC in contact center min 1 year
• Fluent in English, details oriented, initiative, have good analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Collaborative and target oriented

• Pria/Wanita berusia maksimal 32 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMK/SMA Sederajat, yang sudah memiliki pengalaman Desk Collection
• D3 dan S1 semua jurusan Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
• Berorientasi pada target
• Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan MS. Office
• Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim ataupun bekerja secara mandiri
• Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
