Store Supervisor

Bertanggung jawab dan mengelola store, kebutuhan operational store dan memimpin staff
Berorientasi pada target penjualan dan membuat laporan berkala ( report harian, mingguan dan bulanan)
Menjalankan administrasi store dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP yang berlaku
Bertanggung jawab dan mengelola store, kebutuhan operational store dan memimpin staff
Menangani keluhan customer
Rentang Gaji : Start 2,5jt

SPG

Mempromosikan produk dengan baik
Menjelaskan detail produk ke Customer
Meyakinkan customer untuk membeli produk yang dipasarkan
Melakukan pencatatan penjualan harian
Melakukan Stock Opname
Rentang Gaji : UMK

Syarat Pekerjaan

Store Supervisor

Woman max 28 y.o.
Minimum Diploma / SI all major, at least 1 year experienced in related fields (retain sector)
Excellent skills in reporting and Ms. Excel
Willing to work shifts schedules and working on Saturday and Sunday
Good leadership abilities, people management skill
Excellent communication skill
Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed
Committed to excellent customer service
Have creative strategy on fulfilling the store’s sales target
Hardworking, honest, independent, able to work with teams and individuals, able to solve problems that exist in store, and able
to work under pressure
