• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Management / Industrial Technology
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify recruitment challenges and develop effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

SPV Organizational Development

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Management / Industrial Technology
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role, such as Organizational Development Specialist
• Strong communication, leadership, & analytical skills
• A deep understanding of organizational behavior and change management
• Experience in developing and implementing organizational development programs and initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in coaching and mentoring employees to drive performance and development
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in organizational development
