ASST-HEAD CHEF

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Head Chef at Hosel Bistro & Driving Range in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. BARISTA/BARTENDER

The Barista/Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role involves interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

SALES MANAGER

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager. Daily Activity will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks such as creating and distributing Monthly Promo, achieving revenue target and developing strategic marketing target plans.

SALES EXECUTIVE

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at HOSEL Bistro & Driving Range in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling bistro and driving range services, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and contributing to the growth of the business.

ENGINEERING STAFF

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Engineering Staff at HOSEL Bistro & Driving Range in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Engineering Staff will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency. Daily tasks may include equipment maintenance, facility inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues to support the smooth operation of the bistro and driving range.

ASST-HEAD CHEF

• Culinary skills in food preparation and cooking
• Menu planning and recipe development experience
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in culinary creations
• Experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

BARISTA/BARTENDER

• Barista and Bartender Food Preparation skills Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service proficiency
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of coffee and mixology beverage preparation
• Team player with a positive attitude

SALES MANAGER

• Experience in creating and distributing creative campaign ( ambience, media ads / social movement campaign, merchandise)
• Experience in develop digital ads (Website / Media Articles/ Banner/Marketplace Promo)
• Experience in restaurant/driving range golf product
• Skilled in developing strategic marketing target plans Strong leadership skills
• Experience in event planning and organization is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field

SALES EXECUTIVE

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

ENGINEERING STAFF
