• Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details
• Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices
• Receive and process sale orders online, or via phone and email
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
• Expediting orders through internal liaison and Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
• Compiling monthly sales reports & identifying new products to add to those on offer

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS. Excel & Word in particular)
• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadline with high level of dedication and multitasking skills
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred.
