Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Able and willing to work both on the field and in the back office
- Prepare and implement operational standards for the restaurant
- Control daily restaurant operations and oversee all restaurant-related activities (service and kitchen)
- Provide verbal and written reports to the company regarding restaurant operations (weekly & monthly)
- Responsible for the availability of raw materials and all restaurant inventory
- Handle and address customer complaints and feedback
- Fully responsible for sales targets and able to develop restaurant marketing strategies
- Oversee the restaurant’s management system
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum of D3/S1 degree (Hospitality/Tourism major preferred)
- Maximum age of 35 years
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in F&B
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Honest, discipline, and responsible
- Skilled in leading team briefings, meetings, and motivating the team
