Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Quality Assurance
What You Will Do :
- Identify agents that do not meet QA standards
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly analysis of QA scores
- Provide recommendations for improvements to the agent’s work
- Participate in weekly calibrations with individuals and groups

Quality Assurance
- Ability to communicate ideas persuasively
- Ability to identify, mediate, and develop solutions to problems

- Fluently write and speak English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
