Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Conduct regular audits of menu prices on merchant platforms (Shopee, GoFood, GrabFood) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Configure and update menu items on the POS application (Klikit) to reflect current offerings and pricing.
  • Register new brands and stores on merchant platforms (Shopee, GoFood, GrabFood) to expand the platform’s offerings.
  • Coordinate with POS providers (Klikit) to resolve any menu errors or discrepancies and ensure seamless integration between platforms and POS systems.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in platform or account management, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Klikit) and digital platforms (e.g., Shopee, GoFood, GrabFood); strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with merchants and internal teams.
