Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager & Founder Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about education and mentoring. You will work closely with the founder to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and optimize productivity.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet project goals.
- Create, Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures (SOP)
- PIC for day-to-day operational work such as print banners, prepare logistics and materials for events/workshops.
- Collaborate with the team to drive project success from concept to completion.
Founder Assistance:
- Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Actively seeking new contact / connection, partnership collaboration for the company
- Manage the founder’s schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, MoU Draft, data analysis, presentations, and communications on behalf of the founder.
- Help founder in Hiring team members
Syarat Pekerjaan
Domicile in Yogyakarta or willing to move to Yogyakarta
Experience:
- Min 1 year of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Previous experience in the education or tech industry is a plus
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software such as Trello).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail & great communication
- Passionate about education and mentoring.
