Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Operational manager
- Responsible for the overalloperation and co-ordination of various food and beverage departments
- Keeps aware of trends in beverage service in the restaurant field through trade literature and actual visits.
Executive Chef – Sous Chef Pastry & Bakery
- Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes.
- Coordinating cooks’ tasks.
- Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
- Designing new recipes, planning menus and selecting plate presentation.
- Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational and financial objectives.
- Hiring and training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers and dishwashers.
- Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
- Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
- Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Operational manager
- Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure, good team player, passionate, & guest oriented
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Penempatan : Solo
Executive Chef – Sous Chef Pastry & Bakery
- 2+ years culinary education.
- 5+ years experience in similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of western, asian and japanese food (1)
- Excellent knowledge of bakery and pastry (2)
- Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices.
- Proficient knowledge of human resources management.
- Excellent knowledge of systems, ordering and inventory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good Leadership
- Available to work on call, shifts, after hours, over weekends and on public holidays.

Marketing Event – Desain Grafis – Cost Control – SPV Bar – Bartender – Western Cook – Pastry Cook – GRO – Server
