Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • This is a full-time remote role for an L1 Cloud Support Specialist at Eranyacloud. The role involves providing technical and customer support 24×7, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The L1 Cloud Support Specialist will utilize analytical skills to address challenges and enhance the cloud business operations.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Min 1-2 Years Experience as a technical support in same experience or same business.
  • Fundamental of virtualization and cloud services.
  • Fundamental of various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Virtual Appliance).
  • Fundamental of Database, web services, and API.
  • Fundamental of remote access systems such as SSH, Remote Desktop, Anydesk, etc.
  • Fundamental of email server, DNS, DHCP flow.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.Analytical Skills and Technical Support expertise
  • Experience in Customer Support and Troubleshooting
  • Capability to handle technical issues remotely
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of cloud computing principles
