About This Role:

• As we are in the first few steps in the brand building process, this is a critical role in advancing the brand’s presence and engagement with our target market through KOL.

Objectives of This Role:

• The main objective of this role is to create a strong brand presence for Stilsie and a strong relationships with KOLs.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Brand Lead Storyteller to perform project framework and plan for the KOL campaign
• Performing Talent search for KOL campaign based on target persona audience
• Assisting booking completion and providing overall support for KOL campaign execution
• Reaching out, managing, and negotiating deals and partnership with KOL
• Create brief and communicate to KOL
• Ensure quality and timeliness of execution of the KOL campaign
• Creating KOL project reporting by collecting social media metrics from each KOL content (Reach, engagement, share & save) and updating KOL Database for tracking purposes. KOL Specialist 2
• Perform regular review with Brand Lead Storyteller

• Interested in women’s fashion and personal development topic
• More than 6 months of working experience as a KOL specialist (full-time, parttime, or freelance experience is welcomed)
• Active and updated on the latest trends on KOL management
• Experienced with multi tier of KOL size (Mega, Macro, Micro etc)
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing
• Strong time management capability and a great sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt in a fast paced work environment
