Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Compile or gathering information From outside which engage to CCU (Customer, Agent, and Business partner)
- Handling Complaint and escalating to stakeholders
- Reach out customer for detail complain or Deliver solutions to customer or agent directly
- Prevent Customer bad experience become hard complaint
- Counter Customer hard complaint (bad rating) by asking evidence
- Daily Tracking unfulfilled order and find out the reason
- Giving extra miles to customer who need help (Looking for Service Agent)
- Alert for Service Agent who push Panic button/ Emergency button
- Daily Reporting
- Weekly meeting
Syarat Pekerjaan
- First level information both Features and update (accessibility)
- Cooperation one another in every level stakeholders
- Willing to shift working hours
