• Recruiting, training and supervising staffs
• Oversees all operations and day-to-day activities in a hotel organization
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Planning and maintaining work, events and bookings
• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
• Coordinating with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies a conference planners

• Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Understanding of all hotel management
• Computer literate
• Min. 4 years of experience as manager in hotel industry
• Proven experience with management software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great decision making and problems solving skills
• Good leadership and marketing skills lity to motivate team/staffs
• Has friendly, accommodating and helpful personality
