You will be the face of our hostel, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests. This role involves engaging with guests, organizing social events, and ensuring everyone feels at home.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Provide information about hostel facilities, city attractions, and local events.
- Plan and organize social activities and events (e.g., pub crawls, city tours, game nights) to encourage guest interaction.
- Promote events and activities to guests, ensuring high participation and enjoyment.
- Be approachable and available to chat with guests, making them feel valued and included.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Male or Female
- Fluent in English
- Sociable and passionate about travel and hospitality.
- Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Creative and proactive in organizing social activities.
