Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Head Store
- Operational within national stores/outlet
- Develop and implements operational policies and procedures
- Develop the overall operational strategy
- Create and implement operational strategies to drive the productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction of all stores
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
Head Finance Accounting and Tax
- Responsible for maintaining of PT. Indonesian Nyoo Salad
- Responsible for working relationship between staff and finance accounting tax department
- Responsible for staff performance and functions of the finance accounting tax department
- Responsible for the validity, reliability of weekly, monthly and annual financial reports
- Responsible for the administration, validity and reliability of monthly and annual tax reports
- Responsible for the administration, validity and reliability of monthly and annual tax reports
- Responsible for providing budgeting approval from the submission of each department after obtaining approval from the CEO
Syarat Pekerjaan
Head Store
- Proven experience as Head Store (Operational Manager) or equivalent position
- Maximum 35 years old
- Preferably male
- Problem solving attitude
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Able to manage staff within national stores/outlet
Head Finance Accounting and Tax
- Min. S1/S2 from Accounting major
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Honest and discipline to the rules
- Have good adaptability
- Have a good leadership
- Good communication and negotiating skills
- Have good problem solving skills
- Can work individually or in groups
- Able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and have sim A (a plus point)
- Have logical and analytical thinking
- Understanding of business information processes and systems
- Able to compile financial reports and tax reports
