Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design Supervision: Lead the design team in creating visually appealing content for various platforms, including digital and print
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Content Creation: Direct the development of graphics, illustrations, and other visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, and community engagement
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained
- Team Development: Mentor and support the professional growth of the design team members
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design elements are integrated into overall marketing and product strategies
- Feedback Incorporation: Collect and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs
Syarat Pekerjaan
Essential:
- Proven experience in a design leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Knowledge of gaming, Web3, or Southeast Asian markets
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing
- Familiarity with web and mobile design best practices
