HEAD MARKETING

  • Strong leadership abilities to manage a marketing team effectively.-Creativity in developing innovative and impactful marketing initiatives toenhance the restaurant’s brand presence.

SOUS CHEF

  • Maximum age 40 years old.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a culinary role,with at least 2year in a Sous Chef or equivalent position.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certificationis highly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of various culinary techniques,cuisines,and foodsafety practices.
  • Proficient in managing kitchen operations,including inventory control,staff supervision,and menu planning.
  • Strong leadership,motivational and people skills.

HEAD OF BAR

  • 2 years experienced in F&B hospitality 11year as a head barista/bartender
  • Fresh graduate from SMA/SMK/Diploma/Hospitality Major are welcome-Extensive food and beverage (F&B)knowledge.
  • Must have good knowledge of theoritical &technical coffee,cocktail,andbeverages skill.
  • Strong leadership,motivational and people skills.
  • Creative &innovative-well grooming,friendly,and good communicate

GUEST RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

  • Maximum age 28 years old.
  • Fresh graduate from SMA/SMK/Diploma/Hospitality Major are welcome
  • Minimum of 1year of experience in a guest relations or customer service role
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations,seating arrangements,and guest flow.
  • Proficiency in handling POS systems and reservation software.

WAITERS

STEWARD

  • Freshgraduate from SMA/SMK/Hospitality Major are welcome
