Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Head Barista
- Mempersiapkan kedai kafe sebelum buka dan membantu membersihkan kedai kafe setelah tutup
- Kontrol kualitas pembuatan minuman
- Memastikan tanggung jawab atas kebersihan minuman, kebersihan bar dan sink area, fasilitas serta kualitas produk sebelum dan sesudah persiapan
- Memastikan hubungan baik dengan customer, memastikan semua customer senang, selalu bertanya kepada pelanggan apakah semuanya baik-baik saja
- Aktif mencari ide menu baru
- Membahas topik R&D dan evolusi menu dengan chef dan menghitung hppnya
- Jam kerja : 9.30 – 19.30
Sous Chef
Job Summary:
- The Sous-Chef will support our chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the pastry team to achieve high standards in both production and R&D. This role involves managing staff, developing new menu items, and ensuring all products reflect SÉNA’s love for quality. The Sous-Chef will also oversee the day-to-day operations, including training, scheduling, and inventory control
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high level of productivity and morale
- Recipe Development & R&D: Collaborate with our chef on new pastry and ice cream recipes, focusing on innovative ideas and quality improvements
- Quality Assurance: Monitor all aspects of food preparation to ensure each product meets SÉNA’s standards of excellence
- Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee ingredient stocks, coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages
- Scheduling & Workflow: Organize work schedules for kitchen staff, ensuring efficient coverage and smooth operations
- Hygiene and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene and safety standards in line with industry best practices
- Customer Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from customers and team members to continually refine and improve product offerings
- Budget Management: Assist in managing costs for ingredients and supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality
