HRD Staff

• Bachelor degree of psychology or management
• Min. 1 year experience in the related field
• Good knowledge about labor law
• Willing to work on off days if needed
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Familiar with recruitment process, legalities, payroll, insurance and other
  HR DUTIES
• Able to proceed raw data into a readable report (clear and detail)
• Maintaining HR and employees data administration y-J
• Create reports/regarding to employees’ performances
• Administer and create a report of employee’s attendance, over-time and
  annual leaves
• Work along with finance division to administer and manage employee’s payroll (salaries and
  bonuses)
• Sort through applications and interview candidates for corporate recruitment
• Managing employee’s BPJS Kesehatan, BPJSTK and Monthly Tax Art 21
