Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Front Office
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Provide information about the hostel and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of front office tasks
Housekeeping
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
- Perform regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with the front office to coordinate room turnovers
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed
Syarat Pekerjaan
Front Office
- Female
- Energetic, Friendly, and Outgoing Personality
- Strong communication (both in Indonesian and in English) and customer service skills
- Good computer literacy
- Willing to do the night shift
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
Housekeeping
- Female
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
- Well-organized and good at time management
- Previous experience in housekeeping is a plus
