Front Desk Agent

• Handling guests, processing check in and check out, handling inquiries, maintaining guests relations, and everything else under Front Desk Department

F&B Service

• Handling guests, taking order, maintaining food quality, billing, stock taking, displaying food and beverages, formulating menu, handling inquiries, maintaining guests relations, helping cook wherever needed, maintaining kitchen and storage cleanliness

Cook

• Preparing meals, formulating menu, maintaining food quality, stock taking, plating, helping F&B service wherever needed, maintaining kitchen and storage cleanliness

Gardener

• Taking care of the plants, including planting and arranging the plants for indoor and outdoor use

Room Attendant

• Cleaning and making up guests rooms, maintaining cleanliness, handling guests request for toiletries, hairdryer, extra bed and so on

House Keeping Public Area

• Ensuring all public area and common area are in a clean condition, handling garbage, cleaning up the washrooms

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL POSITIONS ARE DAILY WORKER BASED WITH PROBATION PERIOD

Front Desk Agent

• Well-groomed, good attitude with pleasant personality, trustworthy, honest, familiar in VHP is a plus, able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, good interpersonal skills, some customer service background would be preferred, able to work under pressure

F&B Services

• Well-groomed, pleasant personality, able to maintain the standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all time, understanding the menu and the basic technique of cooking, fresh and creative individuals are welcomed

Cook

• Able to standardize the taste of the dishes, having a fresh and creative approach of cooking, able to maintain the food freshness, able to maintain the kitchen and storage cleanliness at all time, must be able to work as a team (or a leader), must have a creative mind. If the candidate passed the interview, then the cooking test would be required.

Gardener

• Understand and familiar with varieties of plants (for indoor/for outdoor, and so on) and how to plant and grow them, having passion in gardening is a must

Room Attendant

• Able to work under pressure, honest, trustworthy, having some housekeeping background would be an advantage, punctual and able to work in team

House Keeping Public Area

• Able to work under pressure, honest, trustworthy, must be someone who loves everything is in a clean and hygiene conditions
