Content Creation

• Develop engaging content strategies for social media (tiktok, instagram, x) and blog websites that resonate with high school students considering their future studies or major in university.
• Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential students to MentorMate.id. This could include creating landing pages, running social media ads, and optimizing the website for conversions.
• Optimize the MentorMate.id website and other digital channels to improve lead conversion rates & SEO optimization.

Social Media Management

• Manage & grow social media accounts, including planning, posting, and engaging with our audiences to build a community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze the data, and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with the founder to align marketing efforts and develop strategy for both online marketing and offline such as community development & partnership opportunities

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and its trends in our audience / gen Z (senior high school student specifically grade 12) particularly in Instagram, TikTok, and X platform.
• Experience with Google Ads and Other Socmed Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills including copy writing skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
