Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handling and resolving customers’ inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.
Providing excellent services to customers e.g., answering chats and emails, etc.
Developing and maintaining accurate files.
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools & applications for customer management and servicing.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Preferably 1 year exp. in customer service especially Chat/Email in English line. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Min. Bachelor Degree and above.
Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem- solving skills. Strong attention to details.
Working knowledge on Ms. Office. Fast typing speed.
A good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
Min. English read/write skills level B1.
Willing to work in permanent night/rotational shift.
Available to join immediately.
Willing to work from office in Yogyakarta.
