Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct outbound inbound calls to customers
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Male/Female maximum 30 years old.
- Previous experience in customer service inbound or outbound calls
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good communication skills in English is a point plus
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
