- Ensure the new booking already recorded with correct details
- Make sure to Book all the arrangement as per requested.
- Make Sure all The Details like Menu and Activity all in order
- Tour Operational Cost must be correct as per bookings
- Make Sure all the Details like Entrance fee, Meals Budget and Vendor’s rate are correct
- Make sure the amount in Slip Payment is correct
- Make Sure Vendor received the Slip Payment Before the Arrangement done
- Make sure all Arrangement well prepared.
- Avoid any Missed arrangement
- Make sure all Arrangement for In House Guest run Smoothly
- Make sure to get the Customer’s activity update from guide
- Make Sure Any Amendment in Ground Arrangement could be run as smooth as possible (if any)
- Make Sure Booking File that already passed Archived
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Have a similar experience in Customer Services min 01 year
- Min D2 from any major
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Familiar with computer system (Windows) and Microsoft Office application
- Have a good team work
- Able to join immediately
