Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Customer Relation & Support Specialist

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the AI Omnichannel platform.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations to customers regarding product features.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve product and service offerings.
  • Help customers to set up their account.

Sales Executive

  • Prospect for new business opportunities (B2B/B2C) and develop sales pipelines (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Negotiate with potential customers and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate record of customers in CRM system, including potential sales & follow-ups
  • Guided customers through the purchasing process
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Customer Relation & Support Specialist

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Omnichannel and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of AI-powered tools and platforms.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta

Sales Executive

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in using Omnichannel and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking from low-level to high-level executives
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Basic understanding of AI-powered tools and platforms.
  • Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta
