Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Customer Relation & Support Specialist
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the AI Omnichannel platform.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide clear and concise explanations to customers regarding product features.
- Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve product and service offerings.
- Help customers to set up their account.
Sales Executive
- Prospect for new business opportunities (B2B/B2C) and develop sales pipelines (Inbound & Outbound)
- Negotiate with potential customers and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate record of customers in CRM system, including potential sales & follow-ups
- Guided customers through the purchasing process
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Customer Relation & Support Specialist
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Omnichannel and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered tools and platforms.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta
Sales Executive
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficiency in using Omnichannel and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident speaking from low-level to high-level executives
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered tools and platforms.
- Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta
