Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answer customer questions and provide assistance via chat to address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring issues are handled effectively.
- Demonstrate empathy towards customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and positive interactions.
- Escalate unresolved complaints to relevant teams and update the customer complaint database to maintain accurate records.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in CRM or ticket management platforms such as Qontak,
- Qiscus, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
