Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Cook
- Preparing, cooking, presenting/plating dishes, formulating menu, understanding of budgeting, maintaining kitchen hygiene standard, understanding of kitchen appliances including their maintenance, assisting F&B service whenever needed.
F&B Service
- Taking order, understanding cooking techniques and explaining the menu when needed, preparing buffet table, tasting/QC before serving, observing/getting feedback from guests, maintaining outlet hygiene standard, understanding of kitchen appliances, a knowledge in beverage making would be an advantage, having a skill of plating/food presentation & table setting would be an advantage, assisting cook team whenever needed.
FDA
- Check in/check out process, answering general inquiries, getting feedback from guests, assisting other departments as needed, handling reservation through various distribution channels, maintaining good customer relationships.

- Trustworthy, good interpersonal skills, honest, hardworking, punctual
- Able to work in team as well as work as an individual
- Good attitude and well-groomed
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, and Public Holidays
