  • Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving growth initiatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and partners.
    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategies.
    Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
    Track and report on business development activities, including progress, performance metrics, and results.
    Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote business growth.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelors in related degree.
  • Proven experience in related fields.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Mastering design software (be added value)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
