Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitoring, coaching & empowering sales
- Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients
- Developing monthly sales activity reports
- Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenue
- Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customer
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
- Minimum experience 3 years as a Manager
- Age Maximum 40 Years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master Degree
- A strong and proven leadership (managerial, time management & organizational skill)
- Excellent knowledge of system, business plan, procedure, communication & presentation skill, high achievement drive, result and Target oriented
- Good in Communication, Negotiation and Presentation Skill, Strong in analytical and organization capabilities
- Good understanding to handle daily branch operation and finding a potential corporate to be our corporate customers
- Work Area : Yogyakarta
- Willing to be located to other city (Inside Java Island)
