Syarat Pekerjaan

Automation Engineer

  • You will be expected to: Design, test, implement, and monitor automated machinery and processes in order to meet certain needs in the field as well as instruments to measure variables; temperature, pressure, radiation, voltage, etc. Responsible for design specifications and other detailed documentation of own creation of automated machineries. Carry out design, manage and install machines or control systems used in highly technical fields, as an instrument engineer, all in accordance to safety and efficiency
  • Minimum Formal education: D3 in Electrical/Physics or related field from a polytechnic institution
  • Minimum experience: Approximately 5 years as automation/instrumentation/calibration engineer in agribusiness & food, or similar industries
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, including Simatic TIA Portal and CX- Programmer, depth knowing FSSC/ HACCP/ GMP/ISO
  • Proficiency in SCADA programming such as Intensys, WinCC, and Centum
  • Proficiency in Database management with Microsoft SQL Server Troubleshooting hardware and software for PLCs

Supervisor Production

  • You will be expected to: Overseeing the production process to ensure the efficient and high-quality
    production of food products by ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining a productive and safe work environment. Managing production staff, coordinating with other departments, maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimizing production processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering/ Industrial Engineering
  • At least 3 year of experience in food industrial manufacturing
  • Understand HACCP/GMP/ISO Production Management Systems, including hygiene standards, safety, and industry regulations
  • Proficient in the use of production tools and machinery in the food industry
  • Supervise the usage and availability of raw materials to ensure compliance with raw material standards
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to maintain and lead the team in achieving production targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team

HSE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, environmental science, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field
  • Professional certificate is preferred K3 construction certificate, fire safety certificate and height certificate
  • Proficient using safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, ISO/FSSC/GMP
  • A detailed orientation, Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill, strong analytical and problem solving skill

Supervisor Raw Material

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or a similar role
  • Professional certificate related to supply chain management or materials handling, such as APICS or ISM certifications.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to material safety, depth knowing FSSC/ HACCP/ GMP/ISO
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems)
  • Ability to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and material handling

Staff Human Capital

  • You will be expected to: Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 year of experience in human resource within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
  • Understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining, and employee relations specific to manufacturing
  • Familiarity with HR policies and practices relevant to manufacturing operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and planning skills to analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning

Staff General Affair

  • You will be expected to: Provide administrative support to various departments, Assist with day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow, and Handle office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary. Handling activities related to facilities management, compliance, vendor management, and employee services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 year of experience in general affairs, facilities management, or administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Managing the operational budget and planning costs for facilities and operations
  • Take notes, organizing, collecting, and filling all documents neatly and in a structured manner
  • Conducting inspections of the facility’s condition and all assets in the factory
  • A detailed-organized, and neat in documentation

Graphic Designer

  • You will be expected to: Responsible for creating visually engaging and effective design solutions that
    communicate key messages and brand identity across various media. This role involves conceptualizing and producing graphics for print and digital platforms, including
    marketing materials, social media content, websites, and more
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 year of experience in as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
  • Proficiency in Photo Editing and other design tools
  • Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas and approaches to design projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
