Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Agent Telemortgage Consultant
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our mortgage products using available scripts
- Answering questions about mortgage product
- Assist customers to find the best mortgage product for them by asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database, keep records of calls and sales and note useful information using CRM software/tools
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner in order to preserve the companys reputation
- Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Managing relationship to our banks partners in order to process potential customers

- Communicative, Persuasive and Smilling Voice
