• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, team performance, expense analysis, supplier performance, and cost-saving plans
• Monitor procurement activities, routinely evaluate suppliers, and mitigate risks
• Lead the purchasing team to work optimally
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Create and implement efficient and effective procurement strategies

Cost Control Accounting Staff

• Responsible for ensuring all transactions and costs are properly recorded and in line with applicable accounting standards
• Ensure the accuracy of financial report data and costing data, and oversee the costing and inventory processes
• Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly and annual
  financial statements in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure a successful audit process and meet deadlines

Cost Control Accounting Staff

• Minimum D3 or S1 in Accounting or a related major
• Relevant experience in Cost Accounting
• Experience in the F&B or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Holding Brevet A & Brevet B/C certification is an advantage
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with integrity
• Able to work in a team, with good communication skills
