Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Academic Staff
- Managing the mechanism of opening new classes
- Updating class management at any period
- Coordinate with other divisions related to class requests
- Assist with other administrative tasks.
HRD
- Calculating employee payroll (compensation & benefits)
- Evaluate and update the SOP of all positions
- Carrying out administrative activities (employee attendance, letter making, employment contract)
- Responsible for employee onboarding
- Responsible for employee evaluation and development
- Responsible for structuring employee engagement programs
Syarat Pekerjaan
Academic Staff
- Maximal 25 years
- Minimum D3/S1 education in all majors
- Freshgrauade is welcome to register
- Have good administrative skills
- Proficient in operating Google Suite & Microsoft Office
- Have good communication skills, supported by a good attitude
HRD
- Age max. 27 years old
- Minimum D3/S1 education (prefereably majoring in Psychology/Law/HR Management/Industrial Engineering
- Having experience min. 1 years as HRD
- Highly skilled at Recruiting, Assesment and Talent Development
- Able to operate Ms. Office and have strong administration skill
- Having good communication skill and negotiation skill
